Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. boxes.
All orders are delivered using the shipping methods provided by this website. You will receive a confirmation email from our website as soon as you have placed your order. You will then be notified via e-mail to your registered e-mail address when your order has been dispatched with tracking information for your package. If an order is placed on national holidays or weekends, it will be processed on the following working day.
MAKRI S.A. makes every effort to dispatch items within 10-14 working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. In any event, the goods will be delivered to the customer no later than 20 working days following the confirmation email we send you of the order.  


Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange provided that they are returned in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging and with the safety seal in tact) within 14 calendar days following delivery of the goods. We cannot accept any returned item which doesn’t' t have the original safety seal attached. For this purpose, please fill out the returns form [note: there should be a link or path for the returns form] and send it to us by email at Within 72hours following receipt of the returns form we will provide you with a returns authorization (RA number) and instructions on how to return the products to us. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product arrives damaged or faulty within a period of 30 calendar days following receipt of the returns form.

In case of defective or wrongly delivered items at the fault of MAKRI S.A., exchanges or full refund of payment shall be issued, upon request, unless the defect or the wrong delivery has taken place or is attributed to the postal carrier’s negligence. If an order is received damaged please do not accept the delivery. If you realize that an order is damaged after opening the parcel, please photograph the damaged items immediately and notify us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at as soon as possible and return the damaged goods to us within 14 days of receiving delivery. Please note that we insure all orders against damage during transit. We will fully refund any damaged orders due to the postal carrier’s negligence, once we are compensated by them.

If you accept delivery of a package from us and (i) the goods are faulty; or (ii) we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by phone on the number shown on your order invoice or by email at as soon as possible or within 7 days and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them.  We will exchange the damaged/faulty/incorrect goods without charge to you as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned.

Please note that the return costs will usually not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

We strongly recommend that you use the returns services provided by us in order to return the goods safely. In the case that the customer wishes to use an alternative shipment service he will have to provide us with a confirmation number and he will be refunded when and only when the goods have been received by us intact (inert link for Returns Policy).   

Until items are returned to us you are responsible for their safe. We recommend that you use postal insurance for any returns, as we do not accept liability for damaged or lost packages during transit back to us.
